I was si impressed I visited your site, however, as a resident of northern Ireland I cannot see that you attempt to offer amazing service to all your customers. You only really understand how good your supplier is when you have a problem.<br /><br />I have cancelled insurance policies in the past after discovering the company was a nightmare to deal with - I only learnt this of course after my first claim.<br /><br />I really like to hear of people taking customer service seriously. It&#39;s critical that companies do whatever it takes to make a customer happy, especially when a problem occurs. And, in any company things can go wrong, but how your entire organization reacts to the solution can clearly separate your company&#39;s service and support from your competition.
